Shipping policy

Australia

Standard shipping is A$10 for orders under A$100. Standard shipping is free for orders of A$100 or more. Express shipping is available for A$15.

Orders are processed on business days. Delivery times vary by destination, carrier conditions and seasonal demand. Once an order has been dispatched, the customer will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when tracking is available.

Order accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. If you notice an error after ordering, contact haydentarawa@oiownit.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered fulfilment.

Delays and delivery issues

Carrier delays may occur outside our control. If tracking shows an unusual delay or an order appears lost or damaged, contact haydentarawa@oiownit.com with your order number so we can investigate.

International shipping

International checkout is not currently available. Any future international destinations, rates, taxes and duties will be shown at checkout before payment.
